El Señor Ganesh bajo la luna
En la luna llena
la víspera de mi cuenta de años
el Señor Ganesh monta Erauan
elefante cósmico de las tres cabezas,
las tres gunas:
creación, conservación, destrucción
hilos que tejen el tapiz
de nuestra suerte.
En los cielos rige Libra.
Que el Señor Ganesh
tome las balanzas y derribe
todo obstáculo a la justicia.
Y que la luna preste
su suave luz de compasión
para que la justicia sea iluminada.

tropezando con su propia cola
aulla su plegaria a la luna.

Lord Ganesh Under the Moon
On the full moon
the eve of my count of years
Lord Ganesh rides Erawan
cosmic elephant of the three heads,
the three gunas:
creation, preservation, destruction
threads that weave the tapestry
of our fates.
In the skies, Libra reigns.
May Lord Ganesh
take the scales and remove
all obstacle to justice.
And may the moon lend
her soft light of compassion
so that justice be illumined.
Coyote
tripping on his own tail
howls his plea to the moon.
