Hola Rafael,

I am grateful to have met you on the opening night of the Flor y Canto festival. The inspiration I drew from our walk down 24th to the BART station was just what I needed to open my own blog as a medium to publish poems and photos that had been languishing in a hidden manuscript too long.

Attending your blog has also been a
refreshing and luminous literary experience.

I send you the address to my book, matateo.blogspot.com, with the intention of freely sharing moments I hold sacred, and to ever widen the circular unity of inner and outer dreams.

(And, as well, because you asked me to send to you poetry as we waited for respective trains on the platform.)

Blessings,

Mateo
