la víspera de 2021
No me puedo imaginar como
siendo sordo podría haber oído
el cantar de los ángeles
sino por el oído agudo del corazón.
No me lo explico. Nunca escuchó
lo que compuso pero nos la dio
para escuchar. Tal vez si no la escuchamos
no podramos hacer nuestra revolución.

the eve of 2021
I cannot imagine how being deaf
he could have heard
the singing of the angels
but through the acute ear of the heart.
I cannot explain it. He never heard
what he composed but he gifted it us
to hear. Perhaps if we do not hear it
we cannot make our revolution.
