Eclipse lunar en noviembre
La luna sobre el árbol
enciende los kakis
como si fueran linternas
de seda mandarina,
luego como si madurando
toma su color
para colgar en el cielo
como fruta deliciosa.

Lunar Eclipse in November
The moon over the tree
lights the persimmons
as if they were lanterns
of mandarin silk,
then as if ripening
takes on their color
to hangs in the sky
like a luscious fruit.
