Virgo

                        Virgo 


La virgen, 
pura como una gota de azogue, 
en la cintura un cinturón de zafiros, 
reina sobre la tierra mudable. 
    La vigila Mercurio 
mientras ella ordena cuidadosamente 
las cuentas de cornerina, de sardónica 
    en la calma de la noche plena.

The virgin, 
pure as a drop of quicksilver, 
girdled with sapphires, 
reigns over the changing earth. 
    Mercury watches her 
as she carefully orders 
the beads of carnelian, of sardonyx 
    in the calm of full night.

Virgos are said to be meticulous, analytical, and detail-oriented by nature, practical, and reliable, with a strong desire to improve themselves and the world. They are excellent in communicating and problem solving, with a talent for organizing and bringing clarity to complex situations. We need to cultivate these virtues as we come together to organize an effective resistance to the forces of fascism that govern us and threaten the Earth herself, justice, peace. Set aside September 1st, U.S. Labor Day, and September 20 for massive demonstrations wherever you are.

Se dice que los Virgo son meticulosos, analíticos y atentos al detalle por naturaleza, prácticos y confiables, con un fuerte deseo de mejorarse a sí mismos y al mundo. Son excelentes en comunicar y listos para resolver problemas, con talento para organizar y traer claridad a situaciones complejas. Necesitamos cultivar estas virtudes al unirnos para organizar una resistencia efectiva contra las fuerzas del fascismo que nos gobiernan y amenazan la Tierra misma, la justicia y la paz. Reserva el 1 de septiembre, el Día del Trabajo en EE. UU. y el 20 de septiembre para manifestaciones grandes dondequiera que estés.
